Abstract
This report includes the development of voice recognition fan which is MATLAB based. MFCC and VQ algorithms will discussed here since these used to implement the Matlab interface. The communication media between the laptop and the Fan is wireless. This report provide the design of the software part and also hardware part with including all the results and testing that have been done during the project development.
